Applying for FELLOW membership to the AIG
Fellow membership provides special recognition of a significant contribution to the geoscience profession, either within Australia or overseas. The applicant must be a professional geoscientist with over fifteen years of experience in their field of practice, and who has made a significant contribution to geoscience or professionalism.
The following steps are required to complete this application:
- Overview
- Personal details complete
- Summary of academic qualifications provided
- Summary of employment history provided
- Statement of professional achievement/prominence
- Proposer's declaration complete
- Application signed
- Membership Application fee included
Once these steps are successfully completed you will be notified of the next procedure.
