This course is relevant to all those who are joining or building new work teams, from senior executives and directors, to managers, team leaders and new starts who are keen to join agile productive workspaces powered by virtual and hybrid teamwork.
As well as learning how to build, develop and lead your hybrid teams, the online workshop will allow you to experience the actual process in the virtual environment through facilitated work relevant exercises.

– The real tools and skills that keep hybrid workspaces running
– Hybrid Team leadership – the new skillsets for success
– Setting purpose – why and way
– Exercise: Mindful Re-energising and Nurturing
– The new liberating concept of “Office”
– Paradigm shift: Hybrid as best practice
