Account Recovery Tool

There are two options to recover your login details. Please select the most appropriate option.

Option 1: Recover by Email (Username & Password Recovery)

Enter the email address associated with your AIG account. A message which contains your username, plus instructions for changing your password will be sent to your email address.

Option 2: Verify Account Details (Password Recovery Only)

If you cannot remember the email address associated with your AIG account, you may enter the following details to verify your membership. You will then be able to change your password.
